College life without sports is unimaginable. Sports gives strength to think and act positively. And on 15/04/2021 college sports club conducted a workshop on Health and physical Fitness and resource person was Sri. Prasanthan H Asst.prof in Physical Health Education KUCTE, kunnam. Prasanthan sir introduced as to a new world of fitness and healthy life . The first session was interactive session though interaction we cleared our doubts with sir and second session was on the field. We played fews games with sir . And the second session was truly a physical activity which was suitable for the workshop which brought a competitive mind us and we really enjoyed the wrokshop. And we learned many informative knowledge about physical fitness.
