School Induction program
                  Purpose of School Induction Programme is to help the new student teachers to adjust and feel comfortable in the new school environment . Its a new experience or new step as a student teacher. Induction programme was for 5 days . And those 5 days totally changed our appearance because before induction programme we where just a student from training college but after induction programme we totally become different person.induction programme started from 8/02/2021 to 12/02/2021 at  S N S M HSS ELAMPALLOOR . Within 5 days days we observed many things From students to school buildingTeachers and students from S N M HSS ELAMPALLOOR school was friendly. 
We learned and experienced many things from Elampalloor school. Me and my friends experienced a great 5 day in school . Last day was memorable because students was so attracted and we loved to be with them . Due to covid pandemic only 10th class was allowed to school so we met them and we had a opportunity to have interaction with them and we got a chance to observe the classes and teaching them .
          School Induction Programme is a Better Beginning for us .

भारत का स्वतंत्रता दिवस हर वर्ष 15 अगस्त को मनाया जाता है। सन्1947 में इसी दिन भारत के निवासियों ने ब्रिटिश शासन से स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त की दी।यह भारत का राष्ट्रीय त्योहार है।         आज स्कूल में स्वतंत्रता दिवस की कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए। सुबह तिरंगा फहराने के बाद बच्चों की रैली हुई। रैली में बच्चों ने विभिन्न वेशभूषा में भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम सुबह 8.30बजे शुरू हुआ। और 11 बजे समाप्त हुआ।
